Interview
In-depth and exhaustive. Overall I had a very positive interview experience. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. That being said, it's the longest interview process I've ever done with several steps, some of which I haven't had to do before such as an online video of myself answering questions (kind of like the old-school online dating videos). The former was the only awkward piece, as you feel like a panel of anonymous folks gets to judge you beforehand without you even getting a chance to see or meet whom this panel is. The recruiting 'fair' was a lot of fun, you get to meet and mingle with other candidates and a larger group of peers, not just your immediate ones.

Interview
Exhaustive application process; very old school requiring references and a LOT of background info that isn't crucial to the hiring process. Basically a pre-screen phone call, and then follow up interview with management at their prime location.
