Very random interview process. The recrcuiter calls and asks you some canned technical questions of course the recruiter not being technical you can say anythinh here. Haven't seen recruiter asking technical questions before. Then I was called for interview same questions are repeated again. Surprisingly the recruiter parson is part of each interview. I had one person I think he just kept walking in and out of the room during whole interview process that was really annoying. After the interview they said they liked me and about to give offer. All of a sudden kept another 2 interviews and kept it dragging to tell me the final verdict. To me process is not streamlined at all.
