I had a phone interview with HR that I feel went great. Then another phone interview with a member of the engineering team a week later that I also feel went well . Another two weeks later I had an in-person panel interview with 2-4 interviewers in the room at any given time. The in-person interview took way too long, about two hours. I think maybe they were drawing it out, waiting for me to drop some signal that I either was or wasn't mormon to help them make their decision. I feel that the team that I met with in-person is lacking in diversity and I believe this was a factor as to why, after three interviews, I was not offered the position. It was the most tedious interview I've ever had.
