I had 4 interviews in total (in their order): 1 phone interview with a recruiter (20 min), 1 phone interview with a senior engineer (25 min), 1 in-person interview (2 ½ hours), 1 in-person interview with HR (45 min). The process took about 2 weeks in total.
I felt like I did really well in those interviews. The 2 ½ hour interview was very detailed. They want to get a thorough idea of where you knowledge and skill levels are. Be prepared to answer a wide range of questions regarding electronics: Microcontrollers, sensors, dc motors, transistors, resistors, etc. There is a lot of whiteboard discussion and they make you draw circuits to accomplish certain goals, as well as solve an electrical circuit problem. There were 3 engineers in the room as well as the engineering manager, they'll ask tons of questions, and want you to elaborate on your answers, be ready to give them detailed explanations. They were all really friendly people and professional!
