I went through five interviews, completed a large social media example project (had to write and curate five days worth of content for two social channels, two posts per day per channel, and a Facebook live concept). A week after the fifth interview, I reached out to the recruiter to be told that they were moving onto another candidate. I was supposed to meet about the content project (which I was asked to do after the third interview) and never did with the fourth or fifth interviews. The whole process took about 3 months.
