The interview process required a significant time investment (around four hours across several rounds), and throughout the conversations, the team appeared genuinely interested and engaged. However, despite the time and effort required, I never received any formal update or rejection. Even after sending a polite follow-up email, I didn’t receive a response. While not moving forward is understandable, a lack of closure after multiple interviews shows a clear gap in professionalism and candidate experience. This experience feels like a small preview of what working at the company could be like.
