I applied online. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (Acworth, GA) in Jan 2023
Interview
There was 3 interviews- a phone call, group interview, then 101. This place was so unprofessional, said they would have a decision made and then when the day came around asked for another interview. Then failed to let me know if I got the job for a whole week. The job description and pay was never discussed and when asked about it, they changed the subject. Honestly don’t waste your time with the multiple interviews and the games they play.

Question 1
How do you plan on getting promoted within the company.
Was on time, and done in person. It was a hort interview, there were some personal questions. Overall, not a bad experience but did not get a call back later.
The interview was good be ready to answer questions with confidence and talk a lot about sports, especially football. I met with atleast three people for this job interview and the process took a couple weeks. It is not something you get right away.

Negative Interview Experience
The interview was misleading and quickly turned into a sales presentation. There were no real interview questions and no discussion of job duties, pay, or onboarding.
Instead, I was pressured to sign up for a paid 90-day membership and provide banking information during the interview, without receiving a job offer or any written agreement.
This did not resemble a legitimate hiring process. Candidates should proceed with caution.
