I submitted my resume through Monster and also emailed it directly to the HR manager. They emailed me back to schedule an interview a week later. The interview was brief and casual. I met with the person who would be my supervisor. The interview was easy. It helped to know about their model, know people who worked there and to be plugged into the recovery community. The job offer came about one week after my interview.
