Cummins Administrative Assistant interview questions

I had a detailed phone interview with the Department Manager. I was then contacted to have a group interview with the department team. Following the interview, I was given a tour of the department and building that I would be working in. It was a very detailed, but pleasant experience that allows you to get an idea of the team members you will work.

A 2 part interview process consisting of a phone interview followed by a face to face interview that were 20 days apart. Different interviewers for each part of the interview process.
