Interview
Initial Phone screening, the over all process was standard and inviting. Interviewer asked detailed questions regarding unique customer service experiences. The interview then carried on to more questions regarding the industry.

Describe a time where you displayed acts of great customer service
Simple group interview, they pretty much just hand you an offer letter since the turnover is so high. They ask you simple questions. It’s very very very easy. Like super easy.

Interview
Phone interview followed by a virtual interview. Easy process no hard questions, just wanted to be sure I was Delco enough to work there. I was also asked if I had tough skin and the ability to see things from a different prospective due to patients having medical conditions.
