Interview
I was told it would be over zoom so I prepared myself for the interview properly, I studied and was prepared with my questions. Only to have the then have a phone call interview with the store manager. He explain that the process was nearly impossible to get. I was chosen from 100 applicants and narrowed down to 10. He spoke mostly about his work history and himself. And gave little room for me to speak. After the 10 minute phone call I was sure I blew it and they were not interested in me. I followed up with email giving points of why I would be a good fit but it was ignored …. Basically that interview should have given me light as to how I would be viewed in my role . ( we don’t give to craps about you - it’s all about ego and pushing people down to get up higher on the pyramid).
