I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very rigorous interview process. 10 students were selected out of 350+ for the final interview round. At last only 1 got the offer. Final interview was held at their office in gurgaon. 5 rounds were there including wonderlic, versant, degarmo, shadowing and finally personal interview. I reached the office at 2 pm and the results were declared at 11:45pm. However they were generous enough to offer a ride back home and lunch as well as dinner.
Tip:-
1. Only apply if you have excellent English communication skills otherwise don't waste your and their time.
2. If you are able to make it to the personal interview round, do not utter even a single hindi word. Not even "ki", "ka".
3. Be attentive during shadowing round and try to understand what the person is doing. Ask questions from him. Interviewer will ask what you observed during shadowing.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cvent (Tadepalligudem) in Aug 2025
Interview
This drive happened in my college.
In the first round, they showed a demo video and asked questions based on it. From that, they shortlisted students for the next round.
The next round was supposed to be an online interview, but because a large number of students were shortlisted, they conducted an English grammar test instead. They said that whoever scores more than 80% in that test would be called for the interview.
It has been two months, and the results have still not been released.
