On-campus, video assessment, phone call, on-site. Applied through my college campus career fair. Long and tedious it took about a month to get to the final step but that was because I did everything as soon as possible so it could've taken much longer.

You will do 2-3 rounds with a recruiter before being passed on to a manager in the division they want you in. From there you will do 1 interview and then a final 3 hour one with a senior in your role, manager and VP.

They have a 18 month policy in the contract that says if you quit or get fired you have to pay $8k???
Overall very long interview process. Loved the office but the contract was very sketchy and they were extremely pushy and aggressive, not a great look for a potential employer.
