Read this before going for the interview.
Only go for the interview if you have "10/10 Communication Skills", if you never get nervous is life/interviews, if you don't fumble in a single word, if you're fluent and grammatical rights.
You will go through a number of rounds - They will only see your communication, (No extra skill is required).
Bond - 2.5 years, your salary will remain same, low salary, no promotion, cab will be provided if you live nearby, 80 thousand check in case you break the bond!
Interview process
1) GD - Depends if there are more people then gd will happen, if less straight to aptitude.
HR came and said content you speak in gd doesn't matter, only communication matters, speak in GD (you will not get a chance, but try to put ur point across in fluent English, don't get scared, if you speak 2 good lines in proper english , you'll clear this round)
2) Aptitude + Personality test (If GD is cleared) - Super easy, no practice is required, 22 mins for around 55 apti quest, no time limit for 28 personality test quest.
3) Product test - You have to go through one video of cvent on youtube, take your time, make notes, no time limit, based on that video you have to attempt one survey. (Super easy again)
4) HR interview - Again good English is required. Simple question

5) Business round 1- With team lead of client services - Again checking your communication, why cvent, speak on a topic for 2 mins, strength and weakness. Why you want to work in "Customer care role".
And many more rounds.
Basically its a bpo kind of profile, handling customer query over phone, that's it! If you fumble or get nervous, you're out. So be prepared, don't waste your time unnecessarily.
No one at cvent will try to make you comfortable or encourage you during the interview.
