Beware that this company has many ghost job postings. Recruiter Sarah schedueled a 30 minute call with me, which went for over 90 minutes, without her acknowledging this was going over time. Very unprofessional experience all around.

Question 1
Recruiter spoke more about her self then my professional experience
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cvent (Charleston, SC) in Nov 2022
Interview
Sales Executive- Sourcing and Housing Solutions 1. 30 min interview with Cvent recruiter- they didn't call me at our scheduled time, and she emailed me saying when she dialed it didn't even go to voicemail (sounds like she had the wrong number). Another recruiter called me at a time we scheduled a couple days later and it ended up lasting an hour 2. 30 min interview with direct manager. She more so explained how Cvent works and the role rather than interviewing me (suspiciously easy). 3. (3) 30 minute interviews back to back to back. 1 person i wouldn't even be working on with team, just there to give opinion, other 2 I'd be working under but on an adjacent team. I received high praise from each of them directly and from the recruiter. Kept in contact with recruiter through this although it took weeks. Received positive feedback from all 5 people so far directly and via recruiter. Personality and confidence is KEY. 3 of them used the word "tenacious" as a pro before even speaking with each other. 4. 30 minute Final interview with SVP that he was late to and cut short. It seemed like i said one thing wrong and he just wrote me off entirely. The recruiter said she would get back to me either way, called and emailed to say they were taking time with their decision, i emailed twice asking again and no response. After 3.5 hours of interviews and double that for preparing, I was ghosted and had to assume I wasn't selected. Feedback would've been appreciated.

Interview
Really a bad experience overall. First interview was a panel with 2 sales leaders. Both did not know the role I was applying for. Then I met with the SVP of sales and she forgot why she was meeting with me. Then I made it the final interview, the hiring manager did not know I was applying for her team.
Seems like decent people, but they certainly are not organized.
After my final interview, I was told I would hear back from the recruiter. Crickets - maybe they forgot about me or maybe they thought I wasn’t a fit for a role that I probably wasn’t interviewing for.
All in all, probably the worst interview process I have seen in 10 years
