Cvent Sales interview questions

A couple of phone interviews. Afterward they invite you for three 30 minute behavioral interviews at the headquarters at Tyson's that are simple enough. They show you around the office and call you back shortly after to let you know the result.

I had an initial phone screen with the Internal Recruiter. Then a second phone interview with someone that would have reported to me. I was told that they would setup another phone interview with the hiring manager. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response. When they finally returned my email they said that they were working to set up the next interview. The next email I received was that they went in another direction. I understand that they may not have thought I was a fit. However, it shouldn't take 3 weeks to arrive at that decision. I would also expect that I would have at least had a conversation with the hiring manager. The part of all of this that I found strange was that the person who interviewed me asking for my help on software to help her do her job.
