Overall good conversation and personable experience. It was a phone interview. We focused alot on my people skills previous experience in the car business. Overall i felt very prepared for the interview and I like how it didn’t feel robotic or staged.

I spoke with the recruiter on the phone and did a phone interview with him. I then interviewed with the general manager of the location that i would be working at. Once i interviewed with him i had to do an assessment online at the office that took about an hour. I was then called later that night and they offered me the job.
