D&M Leasing Leasing Manager interview questions

In-person interview located at their Dallas office. Pretty straightforward questions regarding work history and why you'd be a good fit on their team. They did a great job clarifying that it's a difficult job, and did their best to outline what made it so difficult and ensured that I was up for the task. They also took some time to review the personality test I had taken before the interview, and how each score could affect how I do my job.

I was contacted and called for an interview. There was a brief quiz that I took and after my first interview, I had a follow up interview and less than a week later was offered a position !
