Warm interviewer. Clear description of duties & compensation. Attractive offices. The company is financially successful and has a very high employee retention rate. Employees are expected to work hard and be financially successful. Leads are provided. Some managers cold call successfully. As described, the work day is structured without much flexibility. Go with what works.
