I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at D&M Leasing (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2023

Interview

Straightforward interview. I was misled with a SALARY of $75,000 to $250,000. Nope, commission only. About $1,000 per sale but the numbers did not match up. You are given "45-60 leads per month" We on average close at about 1 in 8. The math says that is an "optimistic" low of $5,600 and a high of $7,500. That is if you get good leads as a newbie. $67,000 for 100% on the best-case low side is not for me. The best case is $90,000.
