I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Yorba Linda, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Easy interview. Ask the generic questions like; "where do you see yourself in 5 years"? type questions. Spoke with GM and Sales manager. HR process was easy however, a little long. Had to take several training courses that were outdated.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you think your a good candidate for this role? Tell me about yourself?
It was a good experience and the interview not difficult. It was long though. Had an interesting discussion on fifer goals. However, I rejected the offer as they offer low pay for what I expected. I feel it has easy and direct questions and made me interested in the conversation.
