The interview process was very in-depth and extensive, I met with several levels of management prior to being hired, job duties and growth potential were explained in detail prior to hire. I completed test to determine if I was management potential.

I had 2 phone interviews with managers and directors. Both phone interviews were really casual and informative. I asked a lot of questions about the direction of the company and whether it fit into my values. FOr the 1:1 interview I came in early for an interview, before the store opened. The associates were having a store meeting/training. I interviewed with the regional manager. The interview was very conversational, and we talked in great depths about ideas and goals for the stores.
