Interview
I filled out a online application. 2-3 weeks later i got a called asking to which time I would like to come for an interview. It was a group interview with about 4 other girls. The Manager was very friendly and didn't make me feel nervous or like she was bigger than us like some interviews do. She asked us 5-6 questions and told us to try and answer all, being that i had no retail experience she said i can base some questions on School/ past jobs. I went to a DSW interview before so i knew what to expect. Why do you want to work for DSW?, Favorite Shoe?, A time you helped someone? etc. The manager asked me and another girl to stay to ask more questions. we went on a second one on one interview with the other manager. He spoke about the 4 components of the company. He was also friendly. He asked 3 or 4 questions then asked me if I had any questions for him. I asked 2 questions and he thanked me for my time and said they'll get back to me. about 6 that same day I got called and they made me an offer and said I just need to do the bg check and ill be hired.

I applied online. I interviewed at DSW (Springfield, MO) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was a double interview, super easy. Unorganized and done in the break room. More worried about availability then qualifications. Make sure to lead the conversation and you should be fine. Feel free to piggy back off what someone else says as well, they really didn't show that they cared about the interview to much and already had their minds made up about you.
