The DSW interview process was quick, timely, and super professional. After applying for the position on DSW.com, I was called within a week to set up an interview. My first interview included a face-to-face interview with one of the MOD's who asked me a number of questions to figure out my interests. A few days after the first interview, I was asked to attend a second interview with the Store Manager. The Store Manager broke down everything that goes on within the store on a daily basis. A couple days after that interview, I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DSW (Brentwood, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Assistant Manager didn't seem too excited about her job during the interview. Just like work is work and nothing more vibe. The main manager had a different vibe and she was really big on preventing store theft as the most important job duty. She said she's looking for outgoing people, not introverts or shy people because she wants employees to directly approach customers.
