The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DSW in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied on June 8. My job interview was on June 21. Second job interview was on June 22. The reason it took so long for an interview was because I didn't answer the first time which was about 5 days before I got a call for an interview again. I had two group interviews. As long as you show an interest for the company and can prove you have good customer service, you'll be good. Also, have knowledge about DSW's four values. I was the only one that knew about them, and that's what made me stand out. I had no work experience at all and I was the only one in the group to get the job. Just be yourself, and everything should go smoothly!

Interview
It was a double interview, super easy. Unorganized and done in the break room. More worried about availability then qualifications. Make sure to lead the conversation and you should be fine. Feel free to piggy back off what someone else says as well, they really didn't show that they cared about the interview to much and already had their minds made up about you.

Start with a group interview. For the group interview, you have to go well dressed. Once you get called in for orientation, you do training which I'd done through tablet.
