I sat down with one of the supervisors and just chatted with him about what I was looking for and career wise where I wanted to go. He was very open to showing me how DSW could get to those career goals and how DSW works and what they stand for. Shared some benefits and made an offer at the end of the interview.

Applied online, did online assesment received a call for a phone interiview just asking why I am applying. Then had in person interview where I sat with a current CSR and listened to phone calls. Very easy interview they will hire ANYONE!!! Unequal work environment, black women on the phones and management is white
