Interview
The interview process was very thorough. It is apparent that the process is a well-oiled machine. All interview panels were very professional yet personable. It was a lengthy process with 4 rounds over the course of about 2 months, which worked well for me in giving my current job ample notice, but may be cumbersome to some. Overall, it was an enjoyable process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most time consuming chunk of the interview process was the mock training portion. In the third round, I was required to create a mock training over a popular app. They give you a list of 3-5 to choose from, I chose Gmail. They also give you a list of the functions to focus on in the mock training. If I remember correctly, the allotted time to deliver the training is within 30 minutes.
HR screener, Team interview, Manager interview, Director interview. Team interview included a presentation demoing a topic from a list of provided topics. Presentation was in a remote setting. Lots of time and work invested in the interview process, but overall positive experience.

Interview
Went through 5 interviews that took place over a 2 month period. One of these interviews was a presentation to a group. During the last interview they basically told me I got the job and I should be receiving an email with more information regarding the onboarding process. Ended up getting an email days later letting me know the job was no longer available. Such a waste of time and emotional energy. My hopes were up and I thought I finally landed a job after months of searching. Instead I was left feeling super defeated and slightly robbed. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
