I was asked specific questions related to the training I was asked to prepare on their system
3 part interview. Met with the manager, then a team member and finally delivered a brief mock training to a panel. The first 2 interview felt like they were mostly to gage fit with the team. I appreciated the hiring manager’s transparency about the job, company and team.
