The interview consisted of 2 rounds. The first round was held on campus with 2 senior-level directors. The questions were all behavioral, asking about past work experiences and leadership skills. The second round was held at Dell campus, with members of the respective teams that were interested in me. Again, the questions were behavioral. Each interview was around 45-60 minutes.
