Question 1
Telephone interview:
- Why Deloitte?
- If you selected more than one service line, then they ask you to pick one or they say which one they are wanting to offer you
- Usually at the end of the call they invite you to an AC
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Brisbane) in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone Interview and AC. The AC was relatively later than ones from other firms. It was pretty fun and interactive with two team members from your chosen line on your table. Afterwards, there is a 30 minutes 1-on-1 interview with one of the team members. Successful applicants are scheduled from a partner interview afterwards (but some skip this part if they do really well in AC).
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Sydney)
Interview
Online assessment, phone interview, assessment center, face to face interview
Online assessment was a little strange, but the personality component was pretty standard.
Assessment center was fantastic, and they knew how to make sure we were all involved.
