Interview
I've been invited for the F2F.
Applied online early May, received a request to do the video interview within a week. Several weeks later, invited to F2F.
I'll update after the F2F since that will be the first real contact.

Question 1
Questions are listed elsewhere. I didn't do my homework beforehand so I was answering the questions on the fly. But I was invited for the F2F after doing so. I think it's good to have concrete examples because I was struggling to remember specifics in the 30 second prep. Nonetheless, I think it's important to also convey that you're good at:
1) problem-solving
2) de-escalating tension as much as possible
3) staying calm and keeping on
4) understanding what rules can be bent and which cannot
5) explaining situations in which you have exhibited good judgment
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online March 26th on the Delta website and sent a link to answer assessment questions. On March 30th I was notified that they are delighted to inform me that I have been selected to move forward to the next step in the selection process- a recorded digital video interview.
You must complete it within three days, it's a one way interview where you record answers to four questions. Use the STAR format when answering.
Now I wait to see if I make it to the next stage with Delta.
Wish me luck!
