I applied for the job and was sent an invitation to for the video interview. After I completed that I was emailed a link to complete an assessment. A few days later I was invited to attend a group round table with other hires to discuss the customer experience specialist position. After the group interview I was sent a link to take the Pearson-versant skills assessment and this was due within 24 hours. About 4 days later I was invited to do a 1-on-1 interview. I complete my interview tomorrow and if all goes well they’ll extend a conditional job offer waiting on background and drug test.

Digital interview first it's only audio and they ask 4 questions. You have 30 seconds to read the question(there is a video of the question first) and two mins max to answer. I can't recall all 4 questions but be prepared to answer all questions in STAR format( I was not). They ask to describe a situation where you had to deal with a person who was really angry. The most important thing is to answer all questions in STAR format.
