Had a call from recruitment, and they said they’d get back to me with the interview dates. Had follow up twice in order to get interview booked in, that should’ve been my first red flag. After the interview which went by quite nicely, was told I’d go into the second round, but that was back tracked and I was rejected. However, I wasn’t informed of that and I had to chase up whether I’d be getting the second round interview. It just felt so chaotic and a total waste of time. The feedback was disingenuous and didn’t hold any real value.
