I enjoy playing jazz music as a hobby. In jazz, teamwork is paramount because it is unscripted, and it requires every team member anticipate, respond and compliment each other in real time or fail as a team. Thus, preparation, experience and flexibility play large roles in the success of any team from music to construction.
