      Great projects hindered by poor safety and lazy coworkers

      Pros

      Great projects and some great people.

      Cons

      Too many bad apples ruin it for others. Safety is a complete joke, don’t do their job not even the bare minimum only have the job because they have the certs but any random is competent to do that job. Laziness kills motivation, get rid of lazy workers

      great team, good benefits, room for growth

      Cons

      a lot of work, not the best work-life balance at least in the estimating department i don't know about the operations side.
