Applied online like the usual way of appplyinng in companies... got response within 2 weeks and phone called. was asked basic questions and that if i am still interested to work with dierbergs.. also asked for job availability, timings and schedule... and then scheduled the interview

Interview
First interviewed with an HR representative. Then a few days later with the pharmacy manager on the phone and then in person. At the in-person interview, I was given a math test. The test had things like putting numbers in a sequence and alphabetization as well as calculating the number of drops / days supply of an eye drop.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dierbergs Markets (Saint Louis, MO)
