Applied on the web site - took almost 60 days to hear from them. They first set up a Skype interview with two people for the following week. Only one showed up, and there were a lot of technical difficulties on their end - but it went ok. Three weeks later, they ask for a series of Skype interviews with 6 people. The day comes, 4 of the 6 people show up but they were broken into groups so it took up the same amount of time. Two weeks later, they asked me to fly in for an interview. I spent from 9:30 am - until 5 pm (had to leave to catch a flight back home) of chain interviewing, including lunch time. They run the place like a factory - the owner (in his glass office) sits apart and up front to watch people coming and going - you have to be there 9 - 6 every day (can't ever work from home under any circumstances). Workers are treated very much separately from management (and they promoted this idea during the interview). Very blue collar, which they admit. People who were interviewing clearly had issues with the working conditions but seem afraid to bring it up with the boss/owner. Politics seem pretty heavy there. They are just large enough that they are about to collapse under this pre-2000 management style.

Applied online and received an email request for a Skype interview a few days later. From there it took about a week to get my actually Skype call. There were supposed to be multiple people on the call but only one made it.
