Good company and good people working here. Flexibility with remote work is nice. New projects to work on often which helps with project fatigue.

Cons

Communication up the chain isn't always the best. Personal salary growth is really difficult here.

One of the most pro LGBTQ+ spaces I've ever worked in. The work demands one simple thing: passion.

Cons

In terms of advancement within the company, you are required to take on the additional responsibilities of the role you want, while still working the role that you have. This process can take up to a year.
