-Results driven culture somes gets a little carried away -Occasional long days -Still growing processes / plans / culture (some might argue that's a plus) -Seems average to slightly low on perks (compensation / benefits / etc.) from what I have learned about the industry

Limited opportunity for advancement. Compensation is low Hostile environment and company moral exudes negativity. It permeates the air and is so thick that you can cut it with a knife. No appreciation from management for working loooonnnng hours and weekends. No acknowledgement from management at all. High employee turnover. There is a reason why people leave. It is not related to the workload. Lack of leadership There will be times when a select number of employees will be invited to participate in fun activities. For a company as small as this is, this is just unacceptable. You make it blatantly obvious that you do not value the contributions of others when you do this. Slave drivers!
