Pros

The people are amazing, motivated, talented, well-rounded, helpful and friendly. Their projects are successful and there is good security here.

Cons

I heard excuses for five years about why even modest inflation bumps in salaries just weren't possible, even as developers left one after another to find better pay elsewhere.

Your co-workers are great; talented, hardworking, and easy to get along with. Lots of autonomy and self-direction to pick your own priorities. They make great games.

Cons

Everything has to go through the CEO, which means that a lot of things don't get dealt with. Getting a raise is both irregular, and can take upwards of a year to finally happen. No HR, just an office manager. If you're dealing with a difficult situation, you will not get a lot of support.
