Interview
met with regional vice president very conversational, asked about previous experience at other jobs lasted 30 mins was supposed to be interviewed by two people but only one showed up virtual interview one round only before offer was sent out to me
Very laid back interview, was able to talk to the hiring manager in conversation rather than it being a Q&A. It felt like I was respected and was able to express who I was without fillers or overselling.
