Docusign Lead Salesforce Engineer interview questions

Horrible horrible horrible experience with the interviewer, he was the whole and sole decision maker. The recruit was great, they approached me on Linkedin for a role, I had a great conversation. I would say the problem was the team lead. He joined late and I was waiting and waiting... finally he showed up and apologize for being late for the interview. Did not have my resume, did not know about me or ask anything and straight to the white board with the questions does not make any sense and even though I have answered his questions and while I was answering the question, he was looking at his second monitor screen and I heard his wife was talking to him in the background..... You guys approach me... You ask for the candidate to know the company and give a lot of guidelines like do not be late, try to be engaging. I really like it but None of your guidelines was respected by this interviewer, he did not want to be here and it feel that I was the elephant in the room. I will never work with someone who is from get go is awful.
