Interview
The first round was a coding interview with two questions. Pretty standard DSA type questions, nothing too crazy.
The second round was the final round. We had 3 interviews, with 15 minutes in between them. First was a 30 minute behavioral interview, with some questions about CS principles. Second and third were both standard DSA type interviews, where you coded in a shared environment with the interviewer.
My thoughts:
I really felt each interviewer cared about going through the problem and understanding my process, not really just watching to see how I would do with the problems. It felt more like I was working with them. What ultimately led to me accepting the offer was how great the environment felt. You could tell that the people truly cared about you.
