Interview
There was no interview I put in my application and got hired right away. I have worked for this company for a year and have never talked to my manager on the phone or in person. All conversation with my boss was held online via email. Once I received the email that let me know I got the job I was sent a 54 page document online that I had to download and print from home, there was no option to have this document sent in the mail (I am glad I had a printer or that would have been expensive at staples). This document took me hours to fill out and once I was finished I had to copy and send every page of it to 4 different recipients via email. If you were wondering you do not get paid for completing this document. Shortly after the paperwork was done I received my portal log in information. I had no idea how to use this portal and there was no option other than an instructional video to help me learn it. The video is hard to find in the portal and not very informative. All and all I would say I was lucky to be able to figure out how to work for this company that hardly knows me even though I have worked for them for so long.

Interview
The interview was short and sweet. Just a basic breakdown of responsibilities. It was a very easy process. At first, I was nervous but as the interview continued, I quickly eased up.
It was pretty simple and straight forward. Takes to a person from who knows where, they just read the required prompt and then asked a few generic questions. Literally anyone could get this job. They offered it to me after ten minute phone call. I really need a flexible job so I accepted it.
Very straight forward, just a short phone call with a district manager. Prettynormal conversation asking about experience, comfortability, pay, and hours. Nothing too crazy. Had an email and then a phone call a day or two after applying.
