Interview
Short, mainly asked about my past jobs, availability, and how well I work under stressful situations. The interview took place in the back of the restaurant, and it was a face- to -face interview with the manager. They did give me a free drink though!

What would you do if the customer was wrong, but still wanted a refund?
Quick and simple, it was completed and i was hired all in one session. They asked standard questions like if i could work well with the public and what my schedule looked like.

What are your hours that you can be expected to come in to work?
They asked me questions about what times I can work and my availability. Then asked what my favorite item is, which I then responded with a Chai and Vanilla Frosted Donut.
Easy, name, email, how many days u want to work and how many hours and they tell you to complete the online training and they basically tell you how what the uniform is and what you have to do when u start working
