After submitting my resume and cover letter I was first interviewed over the phone by one of their technical recruiters.
I was then given a take home task designed to present me with real situations and questions I would face in the role.
Next, I had a zoom meeting with a senior member of the Learning & Curriculum division, in which we discussed my answers to the take home work and discussed a couple problems similar to what I might face on the job.
Following that I had the zoom equivalent of an onsite interview, which involved meeting with ~10 people over the course of 8 meetings. The meetings were largely similar to the previous meeting, but with members from other functions, including a product manager, an engineer, curriculum designers, etc.
Next, everyone who met with me submitted anonymous reviews of my performance and then they all met and decided whether to move forward with my application.
Finally, they've asked for my references and I'm now waiting to hear back from them on whether or not there will be an offer (note I put that I'll get and accept an offer below because that's what I'm expecting based on reading between lines in conversations with their recruiter, but I'm not technically there yet...).
Overall, I actually really enjoyed the whole process, thanks in large part to how kind and competent every single person I interacted with was. However, I want to make special note that the technical recruiter I worked with did an amazing job of helping me navigate the whole process, which would have been much more nerve-wracking without her kind guidance.
