Interview
First there was a face-to-face interview about who am I and what programming skills do I know. For example the collections in java, database handling in java, ... etc. They also ask me about my future plans and goals.
After a week there was a 3 hours long coding exercise. I had to write a phone billing application.
A few days later they call me with an offer. The process was pretty fast.
The interview process was brief, but fair. The interview was very nice and they were direct with that they wanted. I thought over all the experience was good and helped me out overall
