Interview
I first spoke with a recruiter. They set up an interview as long as you are able to pass a basic customer service test. The interview was very informative. They let you know the day-to-day processes and information about the company's background. You first interview with a supervisor then another separately. The second supervisor will let you know if you've been hired or not. They each ask you different questions.

Interview
I got called by a recruiter for a phone interview about 3 days after I applied online, then was asked to come in for a interview. When I got there I met my recruiter, first she and a manager asked me a few questions then she told me they were going to bring the "big boss" in to talk to me. I talked to the "big boss" and she was really nice, she pretty much asked me the same questions and then offered me the position on the spot.
