Initially applied via indeed.com. Shortly after I contacted the HR department asking for the opportunity to interview. I was then contacted for an initial phone screen with HR, and eventually landed an interview about 1 month later. The interview was with HR and one of the managers of the division. It was a 2 part interview: First, with the manager asking questions about my background and relevant job experience that would be applicable to the position (know the job description well and have notes/examples of why your experience is relative). Second part was with HR, and more standard interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, motivation, long-term goals, and some situation/behavioral questions. None of the questions were really unexpected or strange. It took 1 week to receive an offer. Overall, a very good experience throughout the process, which took about 5 weeks from the initial application submission.
