I cleared all the rounds and was selected for the role but HR is good for nothing. She put my profile on hold and never replied. She doesn't have any professionalism. Her name is Afsana Shaikh. Many times I tried to contact them but she simply ignored. Please be careful as it is very difficult to tolerate such behaviour once you have cleared all the rounds and selected but then no reply.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at E2open (Austin, TX)
Interview
Process took forever. Over a month from contact with internal recruiter to actual interview scheduled.
Great interview with Department Head then individual contributors in the department conducted group interview. Interview started late. No clear leader of the interview. Interviewers not prepared with questions and did not dress in a professional manner.
Note to HR: if you are going to allow individual contributors to conduct an interview, make sure they are trained and prepared with relevant questions. When you have multiple meetings, encourage interviewers to ask different questions. I answered the same questions in meeting after meeting.
Was not at all interested in this role after the interview process. Slow down and implement professional recruiting processes that make your company look good in the market.
Thank you for providing this feedback. I'm disappointed that you came away with this impression and we will review our internal processes for improvement.
We are not perfect, and at the pace we are growing no doubt things may not be done to our usual standards.
Best of luck in your search.
